November 1 Conference - Networking and Sponsorship

You're invited to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Pennsylvania's 15th Annual Education and Research Conference, November 1, 2012 at the Grantville Holiday Inn. Please join your colleagues from around the region to learn more about late stage dementia. There will be four dynamic speakers and continuing education credits offered. To register early, simply fill out and return the attached one page reservation form to Sarah Keene at skeene@alz.org.
