Regional Representative Position to PCNP

Dear Members,

The Regional Representative position to PCNP has recently become available to a member who is interested in participating as a member of the PCNP Board and representing our organization as part of this Board. While this is a volunteer position, this position is also considered to be part of our own organization's Executive Board.

The following information describes the Board Member Qualifications:

• Current Member in good standing of a PCNP regional group OR current Member-At-Large of PCNP in good standing.
  
  
• Endorsement by Regional Group President or elected by a simple majority of the Members-At-Large to serve as the representative for that group.
  
  
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a passion for continuing to advance the profession of nurse practitioners in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  
  
• A commitment to understanding and advancing the mission of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.
  
  
• Diplomatic skills, active listening skills, an affinity for cultivating relationships, and persuading, convening, facilitating and building consensus among diverse individuals.
