Help Needed in Writing an Employee Contract for Cardiology Practice

Hello Everyone,
Has anyone had experience writing an employee contract for a Cardiology practice? I will only be working 1 day a week, seeing patients in the hospital where I already work per-diem in internal medicine. I would appreciate any input.
