Looking for President-Elect and Treasurer

Greetings,

I wanted to keep you all updated on various items that are occurring in NPCPA, as well as, PCNP.

The year has started out with many changes. I have stepped back in as President. Going forward we are looking for individuals who would be willing to serve as President-Elect and Treasurer. You will receive mentorship for transition to these roles.

We need to keep our organization moving forward especially in light of the potential positive changes to our practices. The bills for full practice authority will be reintroduced during this congressional session. Please remember to contact your legislator to encourage support for this bill. This is all the more reason to become more involved in our organization as we move forward to full practice. I encourage you all to be a part of this as these are issues that affect your practice.

Lobby Day will be on April 18th. Please plan to attend. We are one of the largest groups in PCNP and should have a presence that represents our membership numbers.

The annual conference will be November 2-4, 2017 at the Bay Front Convention Center in Erie. I would suggest car pooling to enable more members to be able to attend from this area.

If anyone has and accomplishments to share: graduations, mission or community service projects, other awards, please send them to me. We need these items for the news PCNP news letter. Don't be shy, you all do so many wonderful things, get recognized.
