Position Description

Federally Qualified Health Center is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in an outpatient setting in Canton, OH area!

Physician Assistant will make a big impact in the lives of their patient’s – offering hope and help!

Your Role with the Company:

Monday – Friday
Outpatient setting seeing 15-20 patients a day
NP / PA will be seeing an underserved patient population
One doctor and 2 NP’s at each site
Preferably 8:00-4:30 but will look at options

Background Profile:

Board Certified Physician Assistant / PA or Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP
1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active OH license
