* Co-managed ICU
* Intensivist support available
* APPs are not required to see patients in ICU
* Excellent subspecialty support
* 7on/7off schedule. Alternative options considered

Compensation: $170,000 per year with productivity incentives and higher rates when providers work more than their scheduled shifts.
