Job Title: Certified Nurse Practitioner
What is Your Specialty: Family Practice
Details of Position: Fast paced Family Practice office seeking a CRNP. Treating Patients from new born to geriatric. Services include but are not limited to the following: gynecological, wound care, diabetes, vaccinations, and multiple procedures: ekgs, pfts, dexa, venipuncture for in house lab testings.
Compensation: Competitive with competitive benefits as well.
Looking to have position filled as soon as possible.
Under the general direction of collaborating primary care physician, responsible for providing preventative patient care in addition to assessing acute and chronic patient illnesses, planning and providing treatment programs and seeking consultation or referral as necessary.
Qualifications
Pennsylvania Licensure, Certification, Registration: Eligibility for or current Nurse Practitioner license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: In the absence of any of these skills, demonstrates the ability to be thoroughly trained to meet organizational standards. Knowledge and training with Electronic Medical Records.
Shift: DAY
Physical Requirements
The position requires a high degree of mental and visual concentration. Nature of work requires lifting or moving light weight (up to 20 pounds). Flow of work and character of duties require high manual coordination. Flow of work and character of duties require above average range of motion. Performance of duties allows for variation in positioning and tasks. Assignments require occasional repetitive motion. Working conditions includes occasional exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, chemicals, temperature extremes or airborne pathogens. Performance of duties frequently involves exposure to hazardous materials. Position entails exposure to bodily fluids and needle sticks, standard precautions must be used. Assignments include transporting, transfer and positioning of patients. Incumbent must be continuously prepared to prevent a patient fall. Performance of duties requires the ability to discern and identify colors. Performance of duties requires the ability to discern sharp from dull and hot from cold. Performance of duties requires the ability to hear soft and loud noises.
